Warranty obligations only extend to products sold by Infraworld Ltd. withing the territory of Hungary. Infraworld Ltd. provides warranty for its Speedy Mop products for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase, which allows costumers to ask for rectification or replacement of the faulty product within the stated period. The exchange warranty period for the pedal part of the product is 6 months.
Infraworld Ltd. provides an exchange warranty of 10 working days for both of the above products.
Exchange warranty means that the faulty product is exchanged, however, the money is not given back to the costumer. We do not provide money back warranty.
In order to keep this warranty in effect, the product must have been handled and used as prescribed in the instructions accompanying the warranty. This warranty does not cover any damage due to misuse, abuse, breaking, accident, unauthorized modification, natural diasaster, negligence or any other reason arising after purchase.
We accept warranty claims excusively with the warranty card and the receipt of the purchased items, the sales contract, or the invoice. The warranty period starts from date of sale. Warranty claims can only be made by the owner of the purchased item. The warranty excusively applies to the owner of the product, it is not transferable to anyone purchasing the product from the original customer later. Neither the authorized resellers of Infraworld Ltd., nor anyone else is entitled to provide warranties or extend their above mentioned period.
Warranties provided by Infraworld Ltd. are irrespective of consumer rights granted by law. Under warranty for repair and exchange, Infraworld Ltd. is liable to indicate the date of the submission of the repair or exchange claim and the date of receipt of the defective item; the cause of the defect and the mode of repairation; the date of return of the repaired item; moreover, the lenght of the new warranty period. Infraworld Ltd. is liable to repair or exchange the returned item within a reasonable time without causing any major inconvinience to the customer. The parties agree to settle their potential disputes in an amicable way.

When purchasing a Speedy Mop product, you automatically become a part of our service network whether you have warranty or not. Our warranty service provides a one-year exchange warranty for buckets and a 6-month exchange warranty for pedals.
